Originally built to produce baking mixes for the households, Gandum Mas Kencana has grown to be a major player in supplying food service industry especially in products related to chocolate. Pastries chocolate and cakes have become inseparable from a modern lifestyle. People simply love chocolate and sweet pastries. Undeniable processed chocolate is the main ingredient in many pastries and bakery products. Chocolates are mostly used in home-made cakes artisan work chocolate and also in industrial food products.
